If you're struggling without a laptop, we're here to help.
Who can apply?
You can apply if you don't have a working laptop of your own and can't afford to buy one. You don't need to send proof of income.
We currently have funding for people living in Brighton & Hove, the City of London (including the Barbican) and Tower Hamlets. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can still apply, and we'll add you to our waiting list, though we can't promise a laptop.
You can apply for yourself, or a support worker, teacher, carer, health professional or charity can refer you.
The form takes about 10 minutes. We'll only use your answers to process your request (read our privacy policy).

How it works
1. Tell us about yourself
Our application form helps us understand how a laptop will support you. No intrusive questions, just what we genuinely need to know.
2. Fair and quick assessment
We prioritise based on need, not proof or paperwork. Read our assessment criteria.
3. Receive your refurbished laptop
If approved, you’ll receive a fully refurbished, ready‑to‑use device built with you in mind. It'll be complete with an up-to-date, supported operating system (like Windows 11), Microsoft Office and any accessibilty software you need.
4. Access optional support
We'll help you get set up and offer tailored digital skills training to help you:
get online, and stay safe and protected
understand your device
use accessibility tools
develop essential skills for work
5. A quick check‑in at 6 months
Just to see how you’re getting on. This helps us improve our service and secure funding; it won’t affect your device.
We support people who are digitally excluded for all sorts of reasons. If a laptop would help you learn, work, stay connected or move forward in life, please get in touch.
